Hello, I'm Lovenia, a writer and training and development professional with expertise in the fields of Professional Development Training, Education, and Instructional Design. I love doing this work because it allows me to leverage fundamental elements of what makes me who I am: a lifelong learner, creative, results driven, and service oriented. 

After identifying your training needs, I will design effective learning solutions based on your organization’s goals and tailored to what your learners need in order to excel on the job. Leveraging narrative elements to design learning experiences that reflect real-world contexts, I create interactive content that breaks down large concepts into small relatable lessons, builds on learners’ prior knowledge, and provides effective skill-building practice. Drawing on researched based adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and compelling visual design, I develop impactful learning and training experiences for all learners. 

When I’m not working on Instructional Design projects, I enjoy creative writing, cooking, cross-cultural exchange, and international travel.
